Should I sell my house to pay off all my debts to be able to be home with my children more?

Author: My husband is a truck driver and my children get bounced around alot. I was thinking that I would go and rent because it would be cheaper I.E. Taxes etc. I am bored as all heck at my job anyway and I feel like my kids need me. I could only maintain my house if I could find someway to make money from home or a source to fund me to consolidate debts. That poses a challenge because my credit is really bad!!!!!!

in this market i think you would take a beating on the house if you sold it not — i would hold off about 12 months meanwhile try to improve you credit and also find work you can do at home and than make the move and sale the house!!!
Maybe refinance your house, I just wouldn’t sell your house,
