Well, I hope BoA is proud of itself. Now the economy has gone to shit because they enjoy giving out loans to people with crazy interest rates that they can’t even pay back. Someone needs to be punished for that.
Yeah, it’s only getting worse. Unless loan mods kick into high-gear there’s going to be a lot of housing inventory on the market.

Oye. I used to get those things in the mail constantly. I’d get those danged “convenience checks” in the mail all of the time, and some of them were preprinted with thousands of dollars paid to “cash.” The sales pitch in these letters depended on the time of year, such as “unexpected IRS bills” early in the year during tax season. I am one of those types that read the fine print, though, and knew that they really were not all that convenient.
BOA are insidious lowlife. They have no ingrained morality as a global corporate. Their methodology is pur evil, as is their dissembling “mission statement”
Hell is not hot enough for these people…..
