what is a break order from a court regarding credit card debts?

husbands exwife- 00 cc debt- creditor sent sherriffs to take K harley that is paid for. Husband refused. Next we get a letter stating that the court has denied them a break order?

    Are you in the US? I’m a practicing PA and NJ attorney and never heard of the term "break order" before. In what context is it being used?

    Perhaps someone or something is saying that you broke, i.e. violated, a court order? If so, in that context, it would make sense.
