Can family members that are about to die, put there debts in wills for others to pay?
Can a family member put a debt of say like k in a will and make another family member he/she hates pay the debt when he/she dies? Like can a family member force another family member to pay up a k that the dieing family member owes?
And by forcing them, I mean by through a will. Or can it not be done in a will.
How do clubs like Barcelona get into massive debts?
They make a fortune with ticket sales, sponsors and merchandise but they still face severe debts. How?
What would happen if the United States were to default on its debts?
I know a default is bad, but what would the results be to society as a whole if we defaulted? Would we go into a depression?

Afghanistan produces 90% of the world’s opium, there’s resource there. We should launch an opium war like the British did with China, and force the Chinese to import opium.
Is it illegal to use part of your student loan to pay other small debts on your credit report?
Student loans are intended to put towards not only tuition and books, but also other living expenses while you’re in school. I have very little credit and a couple 500-600 dollar debts I owe from my younger years. I would like to apply some of my loan towards that so I can work on my credit rating as I attend college full-time. I dont want to get in trouble either and risk losing future financial assistance… is that a possibility?
Could someone explain the debt ceiling and if it also means not paying your debts?
I think these two things are getting confused. What is the deal with "Bonds" and are people confusing this with the US not being able to pay their debts?
