Who ever is reading this, don’t answer my question if you have not joined the military because it wouldn’t help me nor future readers who have the same question as me. Thank you.

What happens to my debts when I die?

My question is, what happens to the debts of an individual when he or she dies if the debts considered are student loans, mortgage, and the remaining obligation of a car lease. Also, is any consideration made for if the death were murder, suicide, accident, natural causes, etc., or is it applied the same uniformly regardless of how the individual died?
