How can I report a person who won't pay their debts to the credit bureau?

a man owes me a large sum of money & won’t pay. How can I get this to show up on his credit report?

How do I know if I'm moving back to the city for the right reasons?

I recently moved back to a small midwestern town after living in Chicago for 4 years straight out of high school. I got really great job training and enjoyed my job in a fashion/creative oriented field. I got into some debt while there and made some bad decisions such as leaving my good job to become a stripper to pay off credit card debt my parents didn’t know about. After that and a mentally and sometimes physically abusive relationship my mind was a mess and I moved back to my hometown to regroup. I was happy about the first 2 months back because it was like a mini-vacation but there are no salons here even CLOSE to the ones I worked at while in Chicago and I got paid much more there without having to pay a car bill&gas. Here, I would probably make more money working at a mcdonalds than doing hair which i went to SCHOOL for and it is making me hate what i was once passionate about and i now have the opportunity to stay with my ex for free for a few months until i get my first few paychecks and then have found a cheap apt i could move in to. I have done a lot of calculating and I would financially be better off back in Chicago but am just scared of failure, how my relationship with my ex will be, and wanting to be successful. The only thing I can be confident about is that I loved doing hair when working in the city and here I feel like a factory worker. Any advice would be appreciated, I know it’s a lot!

How do I get more visitors to my online sites and articles?

Hi- I desperately need to make money with my website and my online articles, as my husband has been able to find a job for a long time. We are deep in debt, not from wasteful spending, but from surviving as cheap as possible without losing our house or destroying our credit.

Does anyone have any online promotion places or ideas on how I can get folks to my homeschooling & free online games sites? They ARE on search engines.

GAMING SITES (FREE)

Does anyone know marketing ideas for my online articles?
Google says I am unable to ask people to click on links, as it’s "click fraud," so I just need to get the word out.I won’t get paid for multiple clicks.

Thanks so much for any advice

PLEASE HELP! Respite Care for our children because of chronic depression?

My husband is in the process of getting respite care for our 2 children (ages 4 & 5) so he can go to work.

He makes ,000/yr but we had a huge business loss causing his wages to be garnished which is over 70% of his income. Therefor, we can’t afford daycare and he makes too much to get state pay for daycare.

Our children are both on the Autism Spectrum because I can’t get out of bed and socialize them. I can barley get enough energy to use the bathroom.

My husband found out that we can get free respite care for through the state, but isn’t this a NURSE??? I can take care of myself, it’s my children I’m so worried about. They need interaction with other children, not a nurse. They are 4 & 5 and both of them have social skills as a typical young 2 & 3-year-old child.

I am so worried about our children’s well-being because they have not had any social interaction in their entire lives (except for 4/hrs per week of Early Intervention). Every penny is going towards debt payments, food, rent (we lost our home), and simple necessities. He refuses to file for Bankruptcy since we have already paid 0,000 in debt in the past 3 years and we are down to ,000 in debt (all from a business loss).

I desperately need answers from someone who truly understands "chronic depression" and how debilitating it is and/or someone who knows a little about state assistance for our children in a case like this. My husband makes too much to get state pay for daycare (even though over 70% of our income is going towards debt payments from the business loss).

What is respite care for our children??? I don’t need a nurse, I need someone who can physically care for them by taking them out to the park, zoo, do puzzles, play games with them, and make their meals… like a nanny. Isn’t respite care a home "nurse"???

Thank you so very much in advance for your help with this. Any answers/advice is SO MUCH APPRECIATED.
I’m so very sorry this is so long.
I wanted to add that I am seeing a phyciatrist as well as a primary care physician for my condition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read all of this.

Justmein: My kids have been in Early Intervention since the age of 3. That is only 2/hrs per day, 2/days per week for our4-year-old and 2/hrs per day, 4/days per week for our 5-year-old. Our 5-year-old will be starting Kindergarten 2.5/hrs per day in September. That is all that is required by the state and most of the country.
Both of our children are in "Early Intervention" and we just had an IEP meeting for our 5-year-old who is going to start Kindergarten this September. Both of them have had IFSP meetings every 3 months from age 3 up until last month for Early Intervention. It’s called Early Intervention in Oregon until the age of 5 and start Kindergarten. I even double checked on that to be 100% sure. I wish I lived in your state so they could receive "full-day" services.

debt consolidation?

i have approx 00.00 work of credit card debt and i want to get rid of it. can anyone tell me a good company to use that has no fee. all that i have found tell me i need to have between 00.00 & 10000.00

22, because of no insurance is in major debt. Some suggest bankruptcy because its so bad.Should I?

I am 22 with a health condition and no health insurance. Because of this I have acquired a lot of debt. I work at a dealership in West lake and I live about 45 minutes away from my job. My car broke down and they tried to see if i could qualify to get another car. When she checked my credit, it was so bad that she said I should contact a bankruptcy lawyer and soon. I can’t even apply for a college loan and it is affecting my life very badly. Of course it’s not like I go out spending money I don’t have and can’t pay credit cards, it’s simply because of my health issues and needed immediate medical help. No insurance would cover me because of the famous "preexisting medical condition" excuse. And when I went to the free clinic they told me I made too much money (exactly too much). I need advice on whether I should do this or not. I am worried what will happen, but I need this debt handled with. Of course what the free clinic didn’t mention is how I live on my own, pay all of my bills, I don’t have cable, internet, or a nice car because they’re not necessities and I can’t afford them, that I can’t even afford meds to keep me going, or the actual medical tests and treatment that doctors say I desperately need. Someone please tell me if bankruptcy is the answer. I am so young and I my credit is so tarnished, I fear it won’t be fixed.
E&L: Ps I do have a fulltime job that provides health benefits, I just started 1month and a half ago. I wont get coverage until 6 months and then about 4 months to kick in

Will debts over 7 years old be removed from my credit report even if there still unpaid?

I am disabled due to a drunk driver so I am on a fixed income. I have a few credit cards that have been charged off and some medical & utilities that are also outstanding. They are between 4-6 years old (since delinquent). Since it is not possible for me to pay them would they go away after 7 years?
