I have some credit card debt I was to consolidate, I moved into my house 1 year ago (I co-own it but no equity at present) there were people at the address with very bad credit and I still recieve the odd bill 4 them now. I am looking for a loan of 6700 over 7 years as it will save me nearly 100 month. problem is I have been declined by my bank, there reason was that I got 2 bank charges recentely due 2 a credit card payment coming out earlier than I was expecting. I also applied to Nationwide as I seemed to fit their criteria but they have also said no. I have recentely applied for 3 credit cards as I was playing around with figures looking @ interest free options. 2 of these have been accepted 1 declined. the debt is currentely spread across 4 credit cards and 1 o/d. I have 1 other loan that has been running 4 a year which I want to leave as it is as it is low interst rate. I am a manager for a very well known company and earn 20k. (1200/month). Please give me some advice. thanks
PS names of reputable companies that would lend to my credit profile on an unsecured personal loan at a reasonable interest rate.

Oh! and maybe I should have mentioned…I am not stupid and will not fall for a scam!! I don’t believe any of the answers here are legitimate…..why on earth would a real lender have a gmail or yahoo address for a start, please any people reading this for info do not take any notice of the advice from anyone who has replied…they are all scams and I wish I never posted the question!

Hey, I need some help.

I have bad credit – it’s not horrible, but it’s really not the best. I was talking to one of the guys who I am paying money to right now. I have a payment arrangement with him, and he is offering me a settlement. I do not have the money to pay it, but he suggested that I go to a place like wells fargo and get a debt consolidation loan. If i have poor credit will I still be able to get this??
I live in Canada – Does anybody know what canadian companies I could use?

So after just a little over a quarter century of marriage to a demon bastard worthless man, I want out. It no longer serves to stay married. He’s a liar, a thief, a sociopath. So my question is (if there is a free legal advice site for this please let me know) how do I divorce him so that he gets nothing!? He’s stolen from my business and from my accounts. He attempts to make deals to sell MY property to make more money when everything that is here is in my name including the land & house.

I figure what the bastard has stolen already is settlement enough. I want to divorce him so he has nothing but what he came in with. Which I’ll help him pack.
I’m so far into debt because of him that I’m considering bankruptcy to get out. My credit is screwed anyway so if I’m going to be screwed for 7 years and counting now with the bills I can’t pay or that are late I might as well make that time count by declaring bankruptcy and getting out from under to start fresh. That way when that same period of credit report info runs out as it will if I just keep accruing bad credit it will be worth it in the end so I can start over free of his evil and able then to pay my bills.

Actually Garnet, (interesting because Garnet is my birthstone) , I did pick him. But as anyone who is in a bad marriage knows people change after the ceremony. Had I known what he is when I met him, I’d have never spoken to him beyond the first hello.
So contrary to what many like yourself think, I did not ask for nor do I deserve this.

I live in Delaware. So I’ll have to do the research. I own everything here. My property, my business, etc… I inherited it all.
I’m looking to make sure he can’t take half of everything even though it’s not anything that could be free and clear money because of certain business liabilities associated with. (Business is mine too)
He’s stolen enough I figure that’s his part of the final settlement that put us in this present financial bind.
Pre-nups are indeed great. If I’d have thought he was the kind of guy he is now I wouldn’t be asking this question.If I projected he was likely to become this & gotten the P just in case I’d have been a fool.

I want to know if you personally found a company which considered your case and gave you a loan even though you have bad credit and outstanding balances. I have researched enough about counseling and debt consolidation loans. I just want to know who has actually gone through the process and which company you used. Thanks

I have bad credit and I want to pay off all my debt that I have a obtained over the years and want to know exactly how I should do it. Should I contact a credit counselor or debt consolidator to speak to the creditors for me to "workout" the balances for me or what? Once I find out exactly what I owe I will be able to pay the balance off right away.

I’m 26 years old and am seriously regretting screwing up my credit over the last eight years… I mean, there’s bad credit and then there’s my credit. Now that I’m older, wiser, and wanting to do grown up things like purchasing a home by the time I’m 30, I would really like to get my debt under control.

I have seen the commercials for debt consolidators, and find the free ones especially appealing, but am afraid of getting involved with scammers, or somehow ending up worse off then I started.

I have BAD credit. And now I am at a point in my life where I want to get on track and have decent credit. I want to be able to get a home and car in the near future and I need to get started. Does anybody know of a company that will sum up my debts and let me make payments to them to get back right?
