I have a lot of credit card bills that I have consolidated. I’ve recently started working a part-time job to earn some extra money. Should I use this extra income to soley pay off my credit card debts or should I continue paying off my credit card debt slowly and put the extra money from the part-time job in my savings account? My big goals are to be credit card debt free so that I can may start investing in real estate. Please give only serious answers only.

We have very low FICA scores. We have payed off all of our deliquent debts and have no current credit card debts (all paid). Now we have the ability to put aside almost 0 to 0 aside every month for savings. We want to work on increasing our FICA score. What is the best way. We want to start putting funds in our saving account but we have heard that the best way to increase our FICA score is get a significant loan, such as a car loan, and start servicing that debt. Your advice would be helpful.

I have enough in my 401k and i need to consolidate credit card debts which would require all of it after taxes and penalties, but could to pay off all the credit cards! Which is better route, refinancing or 401K debt consolidation loan?
