I will not qualify for government grants. I cannot get another consolidation loan.

I do not want to use a debt negotiation service.

My credit is good right now. I have paid all my bills at or above the minimum on time for over 7 years, and any blips on my credit have just recently "dropped off" my credit report.

However, I am struggling, and things are about to get worse for me, and very soon I will start to be in the negative.

I need help that won’t ruin my credit score I have worked so hard to repair.

2 yrs ago I had an excellent credit report. Now I can’t pay them due to my business closing down because it making no money. How bad my credit report will that be? And how long will it last?
Whoops. I meant it’s not making me any money.

I heard some where that after so long you shouldn’t pay because it is going to be on your credit anyway and it may be better to just wait 7 years to they come off your credit report. What should I do?

could i ask for some advice please?i took out a loan some years ago,which i defaulted on;i currently owe £2000 which is been repayed at £20 per month.there is no interest being accrued and it was removed from my credit report in march as i defaulted over 6 years ago!should i continue with this arrangement for the next 100 months or should i make an offer of a sum to wipe out this debt?when i last spoke to the company they said they would accept £1500 and cancel the loan,this seemed like a good deal, but i declined as i figured this was not the best deal i could do.i am hoping there is a mathematician who could let me know the optimum amount i should offer to clear this debt.since they are prepared to accept 3/4 of the debt.i was wondering if i could squeeze them down to 1/2 or even less.which costs me less ?an interest free loan over 100 months or a lump sum now?thanks in advance.

Someone told me that I should do this first before debt consolidation, being that the company has to verify the debt. If they do not respond in time, then it gets wiped off my credit report. Sounds pretty sweet, but I don’t have any companies or government agencies coming after me down the road. Is this legal, and if so, how well does it work? Thanks!

We want to pay off debts to get a better credit status, but we don’t know all the debts or where to pay them off at. We are trying to get a credit report at least but even that is difficult.
