How to dispute a CA when I was never notified of the debt?

Silly me just got into the habit 4 months ago to check my credit from all 3 bureas on a regular basis. When I checked my credit, I see there is an account in deliquent status. It’s a doctor bill. They claim my insurance did not pay something. I have been to this doc several times, and was never notified about a bill. They never called me or sent an invoice. I would have paid if I knew I owed. I got the doctor to send me a bill now-2 years later. This is ruining my credit. Don’t they have to notify you if a debt is owed? The last time I was at his office 2 years ago, my final bill was {content}. How do I handle this properly? I am not sure how you handle collections with a doctor.

Please no comments like-You should have known, or it’s your fault, because I WAS NOT notified in any way about this debt. This debt was applied to my credit while I was still under his care! I don’t even think the doctor is making true claims.
Oh, by the way, I can’t get this doc to call me back-only his secretary.

Why did America bail out the banks mortgage when they were making 2 to 3 x?

Why did America bail out the banks mortgage when they were making 2 to 3 x the total amount of the loan?

If it was a 0,000. dollar loan the insurance paid the bank 0,000 to 0,000.

Why did America go into debt to "save" this money making scheme?

Do you feel robbed? or ripped off?

Foreclosure info from LPS details banks getting paid 2-3x for the foreclosure

LPS, short for Fidelity’s Lender Process Services is the nations largest insurance & foreclosure tracking servicing and is used by many banks to handle the nitty gritty details involved in managing your home loan – specifically how to maximize profits for the bank at the homeowner’s expense AND to clean up any troublesome title issues related to cleanly foreclosing on your home by a lender who is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the one whom you started AND different from the lender named in the recorded documents living in the property records.

My favorite rip-off is the banks’ plan to insure your home month by month when they intend to foreclose (and add it to your bill) but not naming you in the policy so you reap no reward.

Think of it this way. The bank takes out insurance to pay off your loan if they have to foreclose. They foreclose, collect the insurance money, SELL YOUR HOUSE keeping that money, and then SUE YOU FOR THE DEFICIENCY between what you “owed” and what they got at the foreclosure auction! Nothing like trying to collect three times!!

Sweet deal for the bank. Sour for the homeowner.

Is Trust to Your Spouse More Important Than Feeling Fufilled?

I’m alone four days a week because my husband works. His job is good enough that I don’t have to work, besides, we only have one car until our second one gets fixed. I’ve been married two years next month and our finances are in order. I love my husband, but he wants to wait for over another year until he would be okay with having a child. I understand he just wants the best for our family, but he wants our finances to be air-tight, which I think they are. Even with minimal debt, and a secure job that he loves, hub says no to kids. I’m wondering if he’s just afraid of having kids because he will become afraid he will be like his father. Do I go on for more than a year, being alone like this, or do I just stop taking my pill so I can give someone the gift of life? My husband’s the type where "I can’t be loving unless the finances are taken care of," which means . . . he’ll never be ready, because there’s always car insurance, paying off the car, house, etc. How do I handle this?
